My coaching style is informed by thirty years in a Fortune 100 company. My experience ranges from working with the C-Level suite in delivering corporate communications, to architecting patented application design, conducting hidden cost exercises with IT executives, and developing implementation blueprints to inform multi-million-dollar application rollouts.
About Me
My upbringing in Europe, the Middle East, Far East and North America provides me with a unique cultural lens.
This perspective coupled with an MBA in International Business , SEAM certification in organizational effectiveness and certifications as a professional coach, Gallup Global Strength Finders coach and neurolinguistic programming practitioner allows me to work with individuals and teams from different cultural backgrounds at all levels of an organization.
My specialties include working with individuals to develop leadership and effective communication skills, leverage creativity to overcome challenges and successfully transition between careers, professional roles and cultures. I also work with teams to identify hidden costs and dysfunctions within the organization and courageously face and address them.

Accreditations, Certifications & Affiliations
As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I follow the Core Foundations and Ethical Practices in each and every coaching conversation.
ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
I have completed 60+ hours of training, 100+ hours of coaching and a rigorous examination process to attain the ACC from the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Credentialed coaches demonstrate a commitment to high ethical standards and have proven through rigorous assessment, professional competence in their work with clients.
Certified Professional Coach
I have completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Training Program consisting of 160 instruction and practice hours and have passed the final exam in accordance with approved International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements.
ELI-MP™
As an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, I have completed the training necessary to coach and debrief clients utilizing this researched, proprietary tool. I am trained, experienced, and have the skills to analyze and interpret data from the ELI Assessment and partner with clients to uncover opportunities for deeper awareness, optimal performance, and growth.
iPEC CTDS
As a COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS) I have completed iPEC's COR.E Dynamics™ training program, consisting of 40 hours of instruction and practice. I specialize in applying the principles of Energy Leadership™ to support clients during common challenges with any type of transition.
iPEC CLDS
I also specialize in applying the principles of Energy Leadership™ to support clients in any leadership position.
